I have been a tenant at 21 Tamal Vista Blvd. for more than 30 years. The location of this building near the freeway is its main attraction, plus the fact the current owners are earnest in their efforts to not only maintain the premises in good condition but also keep the rents affordable. I can't think of a better office building in central Marin, which is probably why I have rented here for so many years. I also like the fact the other tenants are friendly and hardworking, two qualities that make life at 21 Tamal Vista Blvd. such a pleasure.

When I searched for an office in Southern Marin, some were noisy, some felt not very clean, many had no light and others had windows overlooking a boring parking lot. Then I found 21 Tamal Vista! A good-sized office with clean spacious hallways, seating area and conference room. And to get into the building? A peaceful stroll past a fountain and one of the best outdoor fragrance rose collections in Marin. Not to mention plenty of free parking for occupants, their guests and clients.
The manager and service people are quick to respond to/address any issue, and do so graciously. I am so glad I found this property. It’s been two years and I expect to stay.
